i’m sick of the comments i get about being asian.
-hey amy, can you make those pot stickers for me.
-i dont really know how to make those
-but you have to, youre asian!
-when im super tired and i look up i feel cross-eyed
-hahahah, its cause youre asian
-*unknown language on tv
-hey amy what are they saying…hahahh
-why are all your friends asian?
a lot of times, i’m the only asian person in a group. and a lot of times, everyone that i’m with is asian. does it matter? do we ever ask white people why all of their friends are white? do i expect all white people to know how to make chicken pot pies because its such a “white” dish?….no.
